We use Worldpay, Paypal, Woo Commerce and Stripe to take payments and orders. They collect information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website, including information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services (including name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number). Some of that information is passed on to us via email for the purpose of processing your order. We never receive details of your payment card or Paypal account.
We may use your personal information to send to you goods purchased via the website. We may use your email address to send you a marketing communication relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you (you can inform us at any time if you wish us not to send you marketing communications by emailing us at hello@treesandbees.co.uk)
We will not provide your personal information to any third parties.
Comments/Reviews/Contact forms
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
